Pros

HA! Leaving at 5 and escaping jail, aka Myron

Cons

Management is terrible. Directors are even worse. Reps have low education (if at any, you dont need a high school diploma to work here). Building is falling apart and has too much wasted space. They have 2-3 people working the SAME job and yet no one can get anything done properly

Pros

Worked from home, laptop and monitor provided

Cons

Applied for an Account Executive position doing what I had previously done for promotional services distributors. Was hired on as an account manager doing Telesales was not at all what I applied for! Nor was I making anywhere near the money I had expected. I worked from my home in Wisconsin and the remote employees were not offered any incentives other than leaving an hour early unpaid if we met our sales goal. The only people that got incentives or bonuses or holiday parties were the people that worked in the office. Canada had a different holiday schedule and the US employees were forced to be unpaid while they shut down and paid the people in Canada. I left another position with a $110,000 in my pipeline to take this job and then they eliminated my position by the end of the year and terminated me 2 days after my sister died, refusing to give me any bereavement pay

Pros

9-5, Monday to Friday. They ask for overtime, some managers will try to guilt trip you but you can say no people you work with (most of them) are amazing, we all feel like we're stuck in this together for this long

Cons

income potential is a joke - if you're lucky (meaning on a repeat account or a favorite with another Director), you can maybe make over 50. If not, get a second source of income cause you're looking at maybe 40,000 if you work your butt off the place is DIRTY, no matter how many times we complain about the dust nothing is done. the sink in the kitchen had mold behind it for ages before they patched it up last year bathrooms are downright grimy - the floors and walls are disgusting. told the cleaners vaccuum every week - a coworker tested by dropping piece of their lunch in the team aisle. Three months later - it's still there.
