Pros
This company is so cheap and low standard that the CEO of the company personally request everyone to post a good review about the company so that they could protect the company's image (they use their employees for their social media likes and shares). If you wanna check just notice the date of all reviews they are posted on almost the same day. Let me tell you the real review about this company I was working with them for 11 months, the job was so underpaid and when I resign they started blackmailing me, they started that you can't leave the company in 7 days we have changed our policies. The week before resigning HR said that I am on probation period so I can't take leaves(not even sick leave), after the resignation CEO, CTO flipped and said you are not on a probation period. And in reality, I was on probation period, in the offer letter I signed they mentioned that the notice period for probation employees will be 7 days. Then they changed the policies somewhere in the portal without anyone's consent. They never contacted me during my notice period, they blackmailed me that they'll mark me as an absconded employee, they tried to bluff with my pf account, they gave a negative review about me in my current company I have all the proofs(emails, chats, call records of CEO, HR) you can opt for it only if you don't have any option in the market. otherwise don't go for it. nothing to learn here. they don't provide any training even if you are fresher.
Cons
company changes its policies as per their convenience. low salary, worst project handling, huge workload. they don't have good projects, nowadays they only work on an internal project, the company uses old and outdated technologies for any process be its development, testing, business analysis. the company developed only web-based applications they don't have knowledge/ experience about mobile applications. you'll get a better job in the market working here is just a waste of time.
