Pros

None. Nothing. Zero. Zip. Zilch

Cons

Where to begin. I have never experienced such a lack of foresight, planning and communication in a company. Relied on scare tactics during a 6 month long (and still going) company restructure to save money on redundancy payouts. Once you have reached the end of your lifecycle at Mysale there is no chance of finding a job locally. The Mysale Group has such a bad name among recruiters they will turn you away the second they see your resume.

Pros

There are two bottle shops in walking distance. At a brisk pace, I would say about 8 minutes from desk to door.

Cons

Usuccesful Fascist Mussolini management style that leaves employees under skilled and demotivated. Every business decision is treated like a national secret but then implemented and executed poorly, That employees can’t help but resent management. Employees are seen as disposable and HR practices non existent, may as well have been replaced by a chimp repeatedly pressing the space bar on a keyboard. Call centre style office that may lead you to believe your actually working for Telstra flogging cheap phone plans to pensioners. Wage distribution funneled heavily to the top that those in lower level positions may at times find themselves considering a career in exotic dancing. Very transparent fake reviews from the HR department in a last ditch effort to make the company look desirable. Only remnants of managements attempt to make the office “cool like google” remain. Massages gone, no dogs allowed at work. “Free breakfast” ? If you like butter that may not actually be food-grade and cereal that tastes like cockroach bombs...than you should definitely get to work early to enjoy these delicacies

Pros

- Some people - dogs in the office - car parking

Cons

- it's a dog friendly office but many of the line managers don't like them and complain all the time - Bullying is normal and constant there - extremely rude managers with a very few exceptions - everyone works extra hours (at least 3 hours per day) and you never get paid for that - Turnover is extremely high (more than 50 %) - they don't respect their staff
