      - Highly Flexible Time (In my team) - WFH every Wednesday and can ask also - Manager is supportive

      Cons

      - Senior Devs are Delusional and writing anything without thinking it through, I have seen college students write better than this - No Appraisal - Salary Not on Time - No proper goal whatsoever
