      Pros

      Very smooth on boarding process. Worked with me at the 11th hour to switch from C2C to W-2 status including coordination with the client. Excellent follow through on everything. I've worked with a lot of staffing firms as both employee and employer and I highly recommend N-Tier.

      Cons

      Limited interaction after you're placed. Not really a con, just depends what you're looking for. They still take excellent care of you.

      They work for local customers. So it could be a good for an employee if you are up for it.

      Inexperience management. Miss monthly salaries of developers.

      Love the people who work here. very friendly. very supportive good environment and good work ethics. Management is very transparent,

      you need to negotiate your salaries properly else you might be stuck with it for a long time. No medical Benefits and 401K benefits
