      Great mission; poor leadership

      Pros

      Health centers are amazing and supporting them was really great work. The health centers and PCAs themselves were awesome and dedicated.

      Cons

      Major problems with leadership within the organization. There needs to be an overhaul but instead the organization keeps putting bandaids on its very significant issues.

      Wonderful mission. Most of the people working for this org are great and really believe in and hard very hard to uphold this mission. the benefit are very good.

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch and is having a hard time growing through the past and looking toward the future. They are a little antiquated in their thought process.

      No room for promotion, creativity isn't encouraged, do what male leadership tells you and don't question it
