      Pros

      Great benefits and bonuses. However, you have to take the beating to get the bonuses

      Cons

      Very, very verbally abusive environment. Family owned business and this is NOT a plus. President is uneducated and makes decisions based on his emotions. He is similar to a spoiled brat. It's his way or the highway.

      -Good benefits -Casual attire -Flexible work hours

      Cons

      no management acumen, owner/president is more focused on all his toys (fancy cars, boats, playing tennis and spending money) than focused on growing the business. It is clear he is just harvesting money from the business as there is no reinvestment. If you aren't in the "in-crowd" you have no voice. There is no focus on job or personal development. No short or long term strategy - all decisions are made on impulse and cash on hand.
