Loved it there. Then leadership CHANGED

Pros

Inconsistent leadership. The entire staff has flipped twice in 2 years. Staff overworked and low pay.

Cons

There are pay increases and LARGE bonuses for a select, MID-Level 1 or 2 people every year, who work less but are "friends" with the CEO. Employees are overloaded, preforming their jobs PLUS jobs of others who left. When people leave those duties are just absorbed by other employees instead of CEO hiring a replacement. It saves them money for their bonuses.

Pros

The location is pretty decent.

Cons

Fact: Nine full-time employees either quit or were dismissed over the past 12 months. That’s out of a total staff of 15. Does that sound to you like a stable organization with a clear vision of where they’re going and how they’re going to get there? Don’t get me wrong. There are still a few good people working there. Several of them are actively trying to get out, however. The problem is that leadership has zero loyalty to its employees and they change their mind every year or so in terms of priorities and preferred organizational structure. That means that you may get hired and then be “dismissed” a year later when they decide they want a different skill set. Your actual job performance will not factor into the decision and there will be no severance pay. If you’re desperate and willing to accept a below-market salary, these reviews won’t matter to you anyway. If you aren’t so desperate, pass on this organization. It isn’t worth your time or aggravation.
