Pros

Staff are friendly, you are out in the field so you don't have to interact with them everyday

Cons

Low pay, overworked, some leadership staff are faking it until they make it, no room for advancement even though that's what the hiring team tells you when you are hired. Too many meetings and too much driving to the different offices. Supervisors tell your personal business to your coworkers behind your back. Managers are very very sneaky, want you to communicate with them but when you start voicing your opinion, they find a reason to let you go.

unsafe environment. Management expects staff to put their lives in high crisis situations. Police are called several times for disturbance. There is potential for getting burned out. Management has the right words to say around parents. As soon as the parents leave The other side of staff comes out. They target certain teens to set them for restraints . They have clicks like high school grown ups. They set staff up when you speak your mind and concerns. Be prepared to be manipulated by teenagers. Several 51a are files on staff. Management is not supportive.
