Pros
I cant really say there was anything positive aside from the events and parties.
Cons
The work environment is basically a frat house. The brokers act like they are literally doing open heart surgery everyday, the sense of entitlement is ridiculous. The office staff is treated poorly, like a bunch of peasants trying to fulfill the every need of their assigned brokers. There is hardly any diversity here. And forget it if you're sick or you have a family issue, management will go out of their way to make you feel as incompetent and low as possible.
