      Description of job not consistent with actual tasks. Little real communication. Tends to be a cult of personality environment. Managers lack managing skills. Tendency towards hacking rather than solid engineering.

      Pros

      Fantastic team mates, good learning environment, great location. Very good work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Cons

      NAL has laid off more than half of its personnel over the last year. Most senior engineers have left. The new head of manufacturing does not appear to have electronics manufacturing experience. The company is largely wedded to obsolete SATCOM technology There is a chance the company can turn around and again provide good opportunities, but be very careful before you join

      Very orangnized, detailed oriented company. Amanda, the CEO wife and the assistant is a stunning and caring person

      Cons

      Micromanagement, too many restrictions, but understood why. Very friendly employees, nice parties. Ngoc is an AMAZING person!
