Pros

-Fully remote -Not micromanaged -Many products & value props

Cons

They will lay you off once you produce a full pipeline with no warning, reason or even showing up to the meeting to explain why. They have "let go" of a sales executive every quarter for years once a healthy pipeline is established then it's given to the only long standing executive and back to rehiring.

Pros

Remote work, benefits, and pay are pros.

Cons

Leadership is horrid. Disrespectful, condescending, they don’t value your time, they never give praise. It’s their way or the high way. extremely cliquey. Felt like high school all over again. Management will talk poorly about other employees behind their back.

Pros

The only pro of this job is the remote work.

Cons

No sales tools. Upper management is toxic and doesn’t lead. Instead of enabling the team, employees are put on PIPs and fired within months of employment. Territories are not balanced or fair. Some reps are fed leads while others are on an island alone. Favoritism is huge there. Promised things will get better and change is coming, but no actual action is taken on those words. Compensation is not what they say it is. Base salary is decent, but even if you’re hitting your meetings set goals, commission is bare minimum. They have a churn and burn culture. Once you help them to a certain point, they let you go. That’s why there’s only one or two employees who have been there more than a year. They will use you, then let you go. For a 75 year old company, you’d think they’d operate way better.
