      Great potential, bad execution, snobbish CEO

      Pros

      Free lunch, decent benefits, nice people overalls

      Cons

      Company lost more than 20 employees over last 6 months, that’s almost 20% turn over, still seem ok per management. The explanation was most of the people leaving were simply couldn’t do there job well, CEO knows it all, and too smart to talk to none Director level employees. This is a start up but runs more bureaucratic than a corporation.

      Pros

      One day I will be able to get a job somewhere else and forget this nightmare. This place is like hell. Always tring to plan on getting out.

      Cons

      Everything. Management sucks. Vision of the company is unrealistic. Management constantly speak like it is an MBA class. Wake up people, this is real life and there are real peoples jobs at stake here. No new investors for some time and the cash is running out quickly.

      low expectations good work balance reasonable health benefits easy going atmosphere very low pay

      this is the worst job of my life the ceo is a very incompetent knowitall who will tell you exactly how to do your job he loves headlines office is mostly empty, staff are not doing their job so many warning signs. most people nauto can recruit are inexperienced, oblivious, or want self drivinng experience
