      Great for younger engineers eager to learn

      All encompassing tech stack. Strengthen debugging and problem solving skills. Nice coworkers. Leading edge technology.

      Cons

      Non-existent management. No growth opportunities/promotions. Senior engineers are untouchable while the younger engineers are taken advantage of. Hostile work environment. Management brown noses the CEO until eventually quitting after a year or less
