      Pros

      New hire development program offers flexibility in career path.

      Cons

      Finding a good team with interesting projects might take a while. Salary is low compared to private. Promotions are schedule based and take too long to process. Bonuses/Raises are supposed to be performance based but performance scores are artificially capped.
