      Great atmosphere to grow

      Pros

      Very opening and very nice people to work with. This is a great place to learn what others are doing and learn from the best. Flexible schedule and ver appreciative.

      Cons

      Some producers and talents are not the nicest to be around or work with. Early shifts are the hardest to work if you're not use to it.

      Pros

      Everyone is very open to helping each other, there doesn't seem to be any rivalries. They have all the up to date technology (it's a top market station after all). I enjoyed going to work everyday.

      Cons

      I can't think of any major cons. There are a lot of employees and while everyone seems nice it's not like you'll get a chance to know them very well because there are so many people that work there. Again, it's a large market so that's completely understandable. If you like close knit groups you'd have to make more of an effort here to get to know everyone.
