Pros

The manufacturing plant has some very nice and knowledge co-workers who are great to work with. I had a great since of pride in knowing what I did for the company. I really felt like I could thrive and grow within the company because there was always something I could work on there. I would recommend anyone to work in the manufacturing plant.

Cons

The corporate office is completely opposite and felt like a very cold and unfriendly environment to work. I never felt like my position was truly needed because no one would ever call on me to do anything. I felt ignored and often just swept under the carpet. I was never invited to any meeting which made it very difficult for me to get the information I needed to do my job. I never got any type of yearly evaluation to let me know if there was something I did wrong or what I could do better. When I left, no one even gave me an exit interview to find out why.

Private Equity Flux State

Pros

Amazing customer-focused team members made going to work enjoyable.

Cons

The company has been in a state of flux since the last private equity sale. The recently expanded and minted executive team is so focused on strategy and reinvention that they have lost sight of both their greatest assets (employees) and the reason they are in business (customers).

Pros

I have had the pleasure of working with a lot of good people. Projects were almost always given an appropriate amount of time to complete. There was a focus on standardized processes.

Cons

A wholesale management change in 2019 brought significant disruption at a time when the business environment was also dealing with a lot of major changes. The lack of a coherently communicated vision left many departments just doing the best they could without coordinated effort.
