Excellent Work Life Balance Excellent Flexibility Fantastic Management in Facilities Dept Okay to Above Average Insurance and Benefits

Cons

Not paid fairly per market value or reasonable increases in wages. Brought this to their attention based on wages for my position in the state of Kansas or Missouri and they refused to address it. Bonuses in lieu of good raises. No raises for cost of living or for position's market value.
