      Pros

      Awesome people in the final assembly and buffing on 1st shift lots of hours pay is decent

      Cons

      Well they can fire you for doing your job but yet others can stand around and not do there jobs and yet keep them management now is a joke people from your team can go to hr and say whatever they want and that's what happened or is no questions asked other than do you have anything to add after letting you go was there for almost 2 years and got fired for the worst reason ever and nothing said prior or proof of it this place turned into a joke

      good pay overtime work is easy friendly people

      Cons

      work 7 days no guaranteed days off, really poor management that lie all the time dont trust anything they say and thats for every dept, fire you for no reason people are quitting left and right here

      Pros

      If you enjoy spending every day working in a hot environment, then the pay can be awesome. Most weeks are 56 hrs, which can add up to some nice paychecks.

      Cons

      You work every day. If you don't kiss up to the supervisor, she will create a papertrail so she can fire you when she wants. There is a high turn over rate, temps generally don't stick around for the 3 months needed to get hired in. The work space is very hot, generally 10 degrees hotter than outside at the hottest point of the day. They expect way more work than the pay rate is worth.
