Pros

History of providing high quality content and products in response to design customers needs.

Cons

New management and group ownership has changed the culture within the business which is now focused much more on sales, commercial returns and the construction product manufacturers rather than design customer satisfaction.

Pros

The local AU team are smart, collaborative, dedicated and driven - a pleasure to work with.

Cons

UK head office only cares about the UK. There is a total lack of local market understanding and no desire to change. Entirely inflexible, continuously trying to squeeze square pegs into round holes. The specifier software works, however, there is a lack of adoption in AU after 3 years in market. Software development moves at an achingly slow pace and can not be customised by region so AU is consistently deprioritised.
