      Supportive, work from home, employee stock ownership program, employee covered healthcare, can be flexible.

      Cons

      Niche industry with a long learning curve, ESOP takes 6 years to be fully vested, health care for family sucks.

      Pros

      Really look after staff and care about its people. Always something social going on.

      Cons

      It's been bought out by a group company so not sure how they would run things going forward
