Pros
The culture is upbeat and supportive, everyone’s driven but still down to earth and fun to work with. Leadership listens and cares about their people. They encourage growth, celebrate wins, and make you feel like your work matters. I'm very appreciative of the flexible balance I have between work and my personal life. This is a great place to start and grow a career. The connections are lifelong, and it's truly a great investment of my time and energy.
