Pros

None in the Hampstead division where I worked.

Cons

DRAMA, Inter-office affairs, nepotism, backstabbing, management by intimidation, no clear paths, ever-changing strategies, lack of respect shown by the upper management towards anyone who dares to question their progressive agenda.

Pros

A lot of travel paid for by employer, but adds to the overall cost for the company, which they will decrease by down sizing jobs and laying a bunch of employees off. Swedish division of the business is wonderful, but the American division is a total nightmare. There is really nothing that would make working for this company again worth it, unless there were major changes to the management structure in the American division.

Cons

Workplace drama, especially in New Hampshire. In office affairs lead to a very uncomfortable work environment. Extremely cliquey office as well where everyone talks about everyone else behind their backs. Sales were down for the company due to pricing being to high, so instead of cutting back on expensive travel training sessions that were useless, the company decided to cut 8+ employees that had been working hard for the company. They also bring you in with a false sense that you will have a place to advance, but really they are only trying to get you in to try and sell the over priced product that other companies can get at reduced rates. Once you have established a few good connections, they let you go so that they do not have to pay you commission on the accounts you worked so hard to get. HR is a complete nightmare, do not expect to ever get a call back. All the upper level employees are cut throat and do it with a smile on their face. The Swedish sector of the business is really great, and I feel like they should be more hands on with the American sector, because it is not the kind of employer or business I ever want to work for or do business with again.

Hi! Thank your for your comment. It is important for us to know your thoughts about working at NCAB Group. I’m very sorry to hear about your experiences and that you wouldn’t recommend NCAB as an employer. We have made a lot of changes in the US organization during the last year which we hope, and think, have improved the leadership, cooperation and working environment in all offices in the US. For example, we've focused on establishing the NCAB culture and leadership style everywhere. We have learned a lot during this process, and truly appreciate our colleague’s patience during the development of the company that it is today. Thank you again for your comment, and I wish you good luck in the future. Best regards, Frida Rudolfsson HR/Marketing Coordinator, NCAB Group

Pros

Exciting growth company. We are in the midst of some change management but it is all for the best. Our corporate culture is to believe in total employee empowerment, that works for some and not for others.

Cons

Onboarding process can be better

Hi! Thank you for your review! We are also excited about our growth and can’t wait to see what the future holds. During the last year we have invested a lot in improving the onboarding process. Now, all new employees will now go through a structured 3-month onboarding program. This to make them feel welcomed and confident in their new role. If you have any other feedback or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact us! Best regards, Frida Rudolfsson HR/Marketing Coordinator, NCAB Group
