Paid me $20.00/Hr since I am a certified teacher.

Cons

Some management was passive-aggressive and clickish.

Pros

I get paid for holidays, get holiday offs, and weekend offs. I worked Monday-Friday only. I get an hour lunch. I learned how to create a voicemail on my Zoom account independently, with no help. I find additional resources to help clients with their utilities.

Cons

Lack of communication with the eligibility specialist has led to confusion due to unclear instructions. The Zoom calls often get dropped while we are speaking with clients or making outbound calls to them.

Pros

They have good benefits. Weekends and holidays are off.

Cons

They make you feel like you're replaceable and they remind you of that during the meetings. Also, there's lots of favoritism. You cannot speak your mind.
