Great Place to Start, You'll make tons of friends, Lots of fun to be had, Passes every two weeks

Cons

Tons of write ups going around, avoid calling in, Concessions you have to count in and count out, Management is always looking over your shoulder

Overall, NCG cinemas was an enjoyable first job- I built many close friendships with my co-workers.

Pros

The environment is exciting and fun. They hire people of all ages 16+. They are always hiring. You work as part of a team with coworkers. There are opportunities to move up within the company.

Cons

It is easy to get "written up" and even suspended for things such as mis-counting stock and inventory. Often, I personally felt as if the company did not express care towards employees- it is such a profit-oriented company.
