Pros

The people that work there (for a short time) are great and then realize what they have gotten themselves into.

Cons

the good people don't even outweigh the job. I don't mind long hours but who wants to go around selling tmobil to "fortune 500" companies and beg them to buy it. Starting this job was one of the worst decisions i could have made but leaving it was one of the best decisions. Someone needs to shut this company down. Advice for people: don't take this job, keep looking there are more out there. ALSO there are two people that i know of in the company that have stayed in the company for more than a year.... if that doesn't tell you something i don't know what will. DONT TAKE THIS JOB. This is out of order but can't stop going on with the cons... field ride is nothing like the job. lol don't take it guys.

Hi There, Thanks for your review and taking the time to vent about your thoughts and feelings, but I do have to say you don't have any facts that are really here to go by. Let me start by addressing each comment you made. First, you put under pros that the people who work there for a short time are great and realize what they got themselves into. We do job shadowing and we do exactly what we show people on the 2nd round interview. This is why we show it to people so they fully understand our company and our day to day responsibilities. You saw the interview process and you also accepted the position, you probably thought it would be a piece of cake to not study or listen in training because you would of done better here if you had. This isn't for everyone which is also what we say in our interview process and this is also the reason why managers here get paid so high because this isn't for everyone but if you do complete the training program (which I did coming from a nursing degree, so it's not that hard) then you can be very successful in management working with large billion dollar companies too. You were here probably less than a month so you couldn't of seen the bigger picture enough if you couldn't do the first part of the training program. What we do isn't that hard. If you have a good work ethic and like to talk to people then you can be successful here. Second point you made, you said this was worst decision you made coming into this company and then leaving was the best? You obviously saw something in yourself to be able to accept this position and thought this would be a good fit or you would of declined position. And you probably realized that it takes some hard work and dedication to study in the beginning to learn everything and then decided not to which is why you failed here and probably got let go. Or left due to your lack of performance. It's common for people to write a bad review after they leave a good thing trying to defend themselves. A lot of people do that in relationships too. I don't take any offense because I know we gave the best training and information was all laid out up front so I know we did our part in providing you opportunity and it was your decision to fail at it. Again it's not for everyone. 3rd comment, saying there are only 2 people here left that have been here for a year? Did you not pay attention to the meetings ran each week explaining how promotion into management works? It's a 12-18 month training program. The two people here are about to get promoted to management and will manage their own office. We are opening 5 new locations the next 2 years and the last promotion is from less than a year ago and is doing well in management. So what are you talking about? It's a 12-18 month program, we will never have anyone over that time here due to expansion. We have 5 new markets to fill in CT alone. If you listened in the meetings you would of known that. 4th comment, telling people not to take this job and that the company needs to be shut down? Why is that? We have been open for almost 10 years, and we have promoted out 6 other expansion offices. Growing in the southeast as well. I pay taxes every year and do everything any other business does that is successful. So why would we need to shut down? We DON'T beg our clients do anything. We work with big fortune 500 clients on the marketing end to help their local clients. If you were begging people that also could be why you were not successful here. Also saying to people in this review to " not take this job" and adding a lol at the end, just shows your level of professionalism. If I was a job seeker looking at this review and saw no clear cut facts and also someone saying " there are lots of jobs out there guys, don't take this one, lol" , I would laugh at it and still go in for the interview at least to meet the owner of the company to get a feel for it. Just so you know people don't always read reviews and decide their fate upon others thoughts, most people come in and still check us out and they see it for what it really is. We offer a great opportunity for management. We offer training and development and also support, more than other opportunities. You cannot say you didn't get the support here you need and the time with me getting the development you need. Some people ( very few people) like yourself just don't see an opportunity when it's in front of them, but we have a great team of 25 employees that do and they are all getting opportunity to train and be developed here. So to all the people reading this review and my comments I am throwing out a challenge for you all. Come in and meet with me and learn more about the company, if it's not for you then ok. But we will have fun and have some coffee together! Thank you very much for reading, Jolene Foor-owner

Pros

None, there is honestly nothing positive about this company. This company is the they Dj Khaled is talking about and they do not want you to be successful

Cons

Long hours, promises never fulfilled, they talk all this great stuff that will happen to you if you stick with the 'plan' honestly I felt like they were just trying to get me to drink the Kool-aid. If you like barging into businesses uninvited and begging for someone to buy something then go for it. For everyone else, I beg you not to take this job.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for your review. I must admit that I'm confused by some of your complaints and I wish that I knew more so that I could answer you with more specifics. I really wish that you had come to me to speak about these concerns. I have a strong feeling that we would have been able to figure this out one-on-one. It's a shame to see this kind of feedback online and I encourage you to give me a call at 203-880-5011 so I may rectify things in your eyes. I always hope that people have a positive experience with my company, and I would like to make this right with you. Hoping to speak with you soon! All the best, Jolene/CEO

Pros

Sure, there were fun times. A lot of young people who haven't started careers yet work here and they like to go out and drink after long days of work. Upper management is nice to you, and for good reason.

Cons

-they are hiring all the time. They told me when they hired me that they were looking looking to fill a position ASAP to pressure me to accept the job, when in reality every day they are conducting interviews because of the enormous amount of employee turnover. -they say there is a salary---THERE ISN'T. You have to make at least 4 sales a week to get $500 for that week, and if you work with someone for that day that money is split in half. -I worked here for four months and made $4,000, while filling up my gas tank more than once a week and getting to work at 7:15am and leaving work at 6:45 on a good day. -The job may be "business to business" but by that they mean your best customers will be kids who work at dunkin donuts and need a cell phone with a cheap plan like TMobile, and who are willing to sign up just to get a free LG phone. -like I said, I worked there for 4 months and only two people who were there when I started were still there when I left. The assistant manager had been there for years and was never promoted to his own company. It is really discouraging to think back on this job because I was good at it but I was lied to, told I would be given gas cards and told I would make so much more money, and it was just really crushing to my self esteem to watch how it didn't happen.

Hi There! Seems like you must be an older employee from 3-4 years ago? Well a lot has changed about our company and we have grown a lot since then. We haven't had a male asst manager in over 3 years. So you must be a very old ex employee. We have changed our compensation plan since then. We now have 2 options, base plus commission and a new hire bonus of 500 within first month. You stated that you had to make 4 sale to get paid 500? That's confusing and inaccurate. To earn any commissions you have to perform just like to get paid hourly or to get paid salary you have to do your job, so we are no different. We have been in business for over 8 years and people who work here get paid! I am also confused by what you said about the people? The same people are not there then when you started? Well turn over is in every company but we have very little because we do a second round interview that shows everyone what we do before we offer any positions so when someone accepts they understand everything that the job entails. So I feel as though you came across my company 3-4 years later and maybe because it didn't work out for you or maybe you are not happy where you are now you decided to put a review up. I have no problem taking criticism and I'm glad you wrote this because back then we were starting to work with newer clients and we were trying to figure it all out together and I am not perfect but I did my best to give everyone every thing they needed to be successful here and to do their job well. Now if you felt you didn't do well then that's fine but some of these things in your review are not accurate. I also wish you just reached out to speak to me about it because maybe if you did then I could of clarified some things. If you would like to speak to me about anything I am always free. But I do wish you the best either way. I know no matter what I do and how well I treat people, some people will always find something wrong and have to make others look bad because of their failures or to make themselves feel better. Sometimes no matter how up front I am with anyone there are some people who just feel the need to try to take others down. I get it but it wont. We do very well here and we are 4 th in the nation and I am very proud of our team here and we are excited to expand to our 5 new markets in the next 2 years. Sorry you didn't have a good experience but I still do wish you the best and I hope you found whatever career works best for you. Thanks! Oh and we do gas reimbursements too! Weekly bonuses are given to the reps! Yay! Jolene
