      Good starting point but that's it

      Cons

      The Vietnamese there doesn't like Americans. They will lie to get you fired. The place is filthy. Coworkers don't wash there hands. You will get harassed and discriminated. Sales "wing it". Manufacturing/Production are the worst people to work with. Customer Service is a joke...

      Innovation Company with a can do attitude

      Pros

      Aggressive company that breaks ground in innovative areas. Very good C level management.

      Cons

      Senior management (company owners) have zero people skills. 1 level down are outstanding and have to deal unreasonable and often changing goals and requirements. It’s easy to draw the ire of the owners for nothing and when you do your days are numbered. I do not approve of the CEO.
