      Pros

      Collaborative teams, kindness, growth opportunity, very competitive pay, benefits, remote work, and people who actually care. Everyone is extremely passionate, respectful, and innovative. I feel valued for what I bring to the company and challenged to develop with NCX.Definitely joined at an exciting time, with massive growth on the horizon. The interview process was extremely transparent, and quick! Presentation assignment with a weekend+ to complete, final panel interview with relevant team members that I now work with daily.

      Cons

      Just the typical cons of 100% remote work, people you might never meet face to face but work with daily.

      Pros

      I made some amazing connections here. The work was always interesting, never a dull moment for sure.

      Cons

      Got a little too big for their britches and hired too many people before they had good product market fit. Hopefully they'll learn from their mistakes and bounce back. They also didn't do 401k matching.
