This is, without question, the most toxic company I've ever worked for. Employees can be terminated without any prior communication or warning. One moment you're working, the next your laptop access is revoked and you're effectively locked out without explanation. The leadership and senior management are among the worst I've experienced. Policies, rules, and even basic terms and conditions change overnight whenever it suits them, and commitments made to employees are rarely honored. They even changed office timings and the office address with little regard for the impact on employees. There is a complete lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for the workforce. If you're considering joining this company, think twice. Expect uncertainty, poor management, broken promises, and a work culture built on fear rather than trust.

The insurance benefits (health and accidental) are some of the best in the industry. The firm offers a very stable career path with visible opportunities for advancement. The culture is people-centric, and you feel valued for your contribution.

Cons

The fast-paced nature of the work and the occasional tight deadlines depending on the client’s needs can be a bit stressful at times.
