Let's get to the basics, what is employee needs? And what he gets * Good Salary - Salary is bad compared to market. * Good Facilities - They give you uncomfortable chairs, not working proper systems, office temparature is always not comfortable. when you ask them for the basic things, they would make fun of you and behave rude. Even toilet wouldn't have water and are jammed always. Everythig floats on floor. No cleanliness, mosquitos everywhere. * Motivation - They never motivate you and always demotivate you. They would always say you made loss of this and that lakhs, and when you do something very good they say that is that you have to do. * Flexibility - The flexible time is just on paper. More than 15 dyas in month they mail you about the time of office. you need to manage yurself. They keep boring events and baseless persional parties and would change the office time because of that. You need to even punch-out to go to washroom. They deduct time when power is not there. * Increment - Increment is never good and on time. They would take atleast 2-3 months to do increment saying yu'll get arrears but your time is wasted. * HR Policies - HR is very lazy and does nothing on time. They won't even reply to your emails. There's policy for everything and it will be against employee benefit. HR would always be on their personal phone and wouldn't reply you. They don't even reply to your resignation mails till you follow-up 3-4 times, they don't take it seriously. They would tell your leaves are not approved on the day before when you applied 3 weeks in advance. There will always be issues in hour calculation, leave calculation, salary calculation and at the end your loss. They woudl deduct your leav if you left 30 mins early in case of emergency but never say even good job, if you stay 12 hours. * Event - They market about events, but noone likes it, everybody goes outside when there is an event and they force you to attend it. * Good Reviews - Most reviews by clients/employeea are fake. They force people to add good review when review goes bad. only good review will be from marketing team or managers. Check a review of an employee working for more than 20 years into this company while the company was established 13 years ago. * Learning oppportunities - They won't let you learn anything, they want you to follow their mentality and practices which are 10 year old and then would blame you for non-results. many people in business team and in development leave due to this. Senior management is good, but middle management do not support you. They won't even give you ETA on time so that you can close the project. * Office Politics - There is politics alot, the people which are good in terms with management or HR would get benefits in everything. You need to be a good politician to grow here. * Growth - They would hire 10 people at a time and then ask 8-9 to leave after few months of no or half salary. And then would repeat. lastly they replace you with someone with less salary. If you have any other requirement for happy working, join this company.
