Pros

Good co-workers. Okay location in Costa Mesa.

Cons

Very high turnover rate. Over 9 employees were fired on a team of 30-35 while I was there. They have a really bad benefits package. There is no 401k matching. The pay is not competitive. The health care package isn’t great. You get 5 days of PTO off a year and minimal vacation time. You do not get off all the federal holidays. There is a lot of micromanagement. (clocking in/out, they monitor what you work on, how much time you spend on jobs, when you take a break) There is blatant favoritism which causes tension in the work place, poor communication, lack of accountability, passive-aggressive behavior from management, and a lack of clarity from executive management in the company’s direction. Work load can be heavy, but it is manageable if you have support. (There are times when there is a lack of support, and the work is unmanageable)

Pros

You will never run out of topics to discuss with your therapist.

Cons

- turnover rate is extremely high, which speaks for itself - leadership is severely lacking in the leadership category but high marks in the micromanaging category - time (checking in/out, lunch, breaks, time spent on jobs, number of jobs worked on) is constantly monitored - no HR - paychecks are consistently late - benefits are not very good: 5 vacation days a year (but your vacation days can't overlap with a team member's), 5 sick days a year, no 401k match, no guaranteed annual cost of living raise - a lot of health plans to choose from but none are particularly good - good thing "Communications" was removed from the company name because none of that was happening, only passive aggressiveness! - people who are let go/fired are not given a severance package - a lot of tension between workers due to favoritism from leadership, pay discrepancy, work load, etc - work load is heavy, and anyone who speaks out about it is deemed a trouble maker
