      Used to be great, now so so.

      Pros

      Health Insurance Benefits. Flexible Hours.

      Cons

      Promotions based on how well you get with upper management and not on performance. Too many great people are being forced to early retirement. Culture has become one of "it's not my job" and things no longer get done with the engagement that used to be.

      Pros

      Very new and clean facility. Friendly people. Lot's of opportunity to get overtime if you like. Never have to work on Sundays. Maybe one Saturday per month of work. Quality lab is air conditioned.

      Cons

      Always seem to be short staffed. New facility so not a lot of experienced employees.
