It has a very good work atmosphere. Colleagues tend to be well educated, strong work experience and open to advice and knowledge sharing

Cons

Mostly fixed contracts so you have to keep an eye and the market ahead of time to make sure there were no big gaps between contracts - the usual contractor concern
