      Fabulous benefits and a strong company that has been around for many years.

      No opportunities for advancement; poor salary increases; management; partnership makes it hard to get decisions made quickly.

      Great reputation Lots of capital Supportive of companies...sometimes to a fault or perhaps that's the ego of partners who won't shoot the dying horse Lots of opportunities to take on projects and lead deals Good work life balance

      Poor management Lots of politics..not at all a meritocracy anymore Agree with other reviewer on inability to compete against other Silicon Valley VCs in tech Investment decision process can be haphazard and there is little accountability Lots of dead weight idiots
