Pros
Please see my prior review for the pros. Bothing has changed, but they have gotten more business recently, which speaks well towards the company's future.
Cons
Please see my prior review for more details. I turned in my notice that I was leaving a bit more than 2 weeks early, because I wanted to save the company time and effort scheduling a business trip for me that would be after I'd left for my new position. They fired me two days later, right before Christmas. So keep this in mind: they have no loyalty to you at all. If you're going to quit and you're not a Principle Engineer of some sort, forget the two weeks notice, just quit on your last day.
