Pros
Amazing things about the organisation being an intern yourself, you are going to do hiring internship and resume screening. I don't think any big organisation give this amount of experience and exposure to the freshers. Another amazing things about that internship is the provide stipend apart from experience which a thought is the best thing about that internship.
Cons
I don't think there is any cons about that internship as a fresher its a golden opportunity for freshers.
