      Pros

      I have been working at NEFCO for over 10 years. They are a family owned company and accommodate work / home life balance. The owners are very approachable. They offer competitive pay, great benefits and flex scheduling. They just opened their new 3-Story, office facility. This is a friendly/fun environment. There is always some event planned; company cook out, holiday party, awards nights or just morning Bagels.

      Cons

      I have no downsides at working at NEFCO. There are so many employees who have been with the company for over 10 years - that speaks for itself.

      I wish I had some pros to share, but I do not.

      Cons

      Terrible in every category. Overall, there is a disdain towards employees and their contribution The company as a whole tolerates managers berating employees, swearing at them, screaming, and other bad behavior. They do not care about employees having to tolerate abuse.
