      Pros

      Minimal Floating holidays you get judged for taking?

      Cons

      Just about everything. No SOP. Leadership asleep at the wheel. Terrible benefits. Company culture stuck in 1997. Extremely political office. Everyone quite literally hates their job and barely interacts at work. Bad behavior not only allowed but encouraged. RUN

      Pros

      - Good Pay - 90% great co-workers - Gas card/benefits - Flexible to leave early/come in late if you have appointments - Project's are not too complex - President is genuinely a good person

      Cons

      - Jobs are never local to home - Long hours, lack of work life balance - If you work a saturday, you are allowed to take a day off the following week. Unfortunately, if you take that day off you are shamed for it and looked down on. It will certainly effect you at your annual review.
