This is a telemarketing position that they advertise as travel professional job. You are expected to work mandatory extended hours outside of work (10 hrs each week) that you are not told about in interviews or orientations with mandatory late nights on mondays (not told about these till after you're hired) until 9 PM. It will
be expected of you to answer your phone 24/7 (including while using the bathroom, during dinner or other meals, and while driving). You will be told that the territory you work on is your business but they micromanage how you operate through it. you will be chain calling teachers who do not want to be bothered while they are teaching so you will talk with a lot of angry teachers; expect a lot of verbal backlash. They train you enough in how to talk teachers into taking these trips through selective talk tracks that you must adhere to but barely train you on how the database software operates before putting you on the phone.
if you have a family or are a college student, this is not the job for you. you will be expected to place this job over both family and school. you are advised to "figure out your personal life".
