Good for freshers from outside metro city . But freshers also should not stick here for more than 6 to 10 months otherwise your work ethic will get demolish .

Cons

Full of politics .. even their top management and ceo is involved in poor politics. They give multiple chances to their favoured people but not to an outsider. They don’t keep promises. Poor leadership ethics. People always want to work with good people but unfortunately no good people in Netmonestry. New HR team is of no use , I have complained to her many times of my request. Even basic facilities like insurance is not provided. All the bad reviews are true ..

A project starts with great enthusiasm but lasts only for 4 days at max due to lack of motivation and dependencies on wrong folks. The management observes a lot of politics and favouritism. Be on your foot to survive. The CEO has an abrupt working pattern and no formal sense of communication. he has high ego to observe his company's or his shortcomings. your KRAs despir being defined, you won't be useful because you wont work on it. A lot of delay in approvals and constant changes in work. As an employee, you and your work won't be respected as much.
