1. They value employees. 2. There is a room to grow 3. So much concerns about anti harassment comfortable working environment. 4. Salaries are reviewed yearly after appraisal. 5. 1:1 meeting with reportees is a culture and mandatory 6. There's a room for junior staff members to contribute, recommend and provide feedback to the SMT 7. Despite is a remote working based organisation, there is high level coordination 8. There is a team bonus to field staff, wedding gift, child birth bonus, loss of close relative bonus etc.
Cons
1. Salaries are bit lower compared with other organization because its a cost effective organization.
