      Great team-spirit, everyone gets along very well Bonuses for results

      Cons

      Extremely inept management, the mentality is "Keep banging your head in the wall to see if breaks" Insane KPI's, the require you to do 20 weekly interviews, even if the only way to achieve this is to do half low-quality interviews that are a waste of time. Extremely chaotic environement, which takes some time adapting to. However, if you don't close 4 consultants in six months, they fire you. Bonus: The wages paid to consultants are extremely below market, so your work will mostly be trying to find "cheap" labor, as most people you interview will not even be close to the values you can offer.
