      Absolutely nothing to be called as positive except salary.

      Cons

      I worked in NEXT Inc for quite sometime and days that we were in NEXT were horrible. All the positive reviews you see here are cooked up. No real time projects. No product vision. No work life balance. No learning. You have to be slave and abide whatever they say. Micromanagement at its peak. Everyone who have left from company are disrespected despite being loyal. Don't seek pleasure from someone's pain.

      Visibility. Since company is small anything you work on is viewable by higher ups

      * Constant monitoring - What time you reach, what time you leave, Strict in-timings * Unprofessional behaviour - When I resigned, I was treated like outsider. Didn't get my last month's salary and arrears also. When my next company sent verification email, they didn't bother to respond for months. I took leave one day and that day happened to be visit of one of the founders, the business manager called me up and literally shouted abuses in foul language ! When I joined there were max 4-5 employees and the CEO was the most unprofessional person I've ever met, has unrealistic expectations and expects wonders for pitiful pay
