      Pros

      They offer monthly bonus,they do help us in housing.they give titled projects to us . The dont give job to every people.

      Cons

      Mainly concentration based on one thing ie HSE, using the proper environment developed in organization, coordination based relationships inside the company.

      If you don't have any job then you can join this company

      This company is ruled by a single person , he himself don't know where he want to take this company. The employees are treated as slaves after doing their Masters from premium institutes of India. They will be asked to do all types of job right from shifting the things inward to the company till maintaining lights and a.c too in the company. If you stay over a period of time then there will be no option to move out from the organization
