      Great product, awful management

      - Great opportunity to work with an amazing product

      Cons

      -Worst management you could imagine. If you want to be under appreciated, ignored, under valued and talked down to then the sales team is where you want to be. - Lots of turn over and by now their toxic reputation is definitely public - Awful office - Inexperienced management.

      Pros

      Amazing open source reputation. Very easy to have a conversation about the product with the experience of the modern web. Marketing generates the majority of business giving reps a great chance at success. Great office location as well.

      Cons

      Aggressive clique like culture with management that cannot enable or develop reps. Friendships are the foundation for upward development and not performance or merit based. Those who are unsuccessful can go half a year without hitting quota before there is any evaluation is their process.

      A company in rapid decline

      Benefits, Nice Office and for the most part a good team in the NGINX Core

      Cons

      F5 Acquisition caused a downward spiral in company culture, Regular internal disputes and lack of guidance. I left on good terms as have many of the original team in EMEA and the US. I enjoyed most of the time at NGINX but the future looks stressful and uncertain for remaining staff.
