Pros
Trustworthy, honest and dependable leadership. Strong pay, Flexible schedule & casual environment. Good people from the top to bottom. Highly recommend working for this local firm, over any of those big firms headquartered outside Tennessee.
Cons
Not as strong of name recognition as the big firms, but then again...they care more about the people and that's what matters most, right?
