      Saturday and Sunday off no pros other than this

      Only Saturday and Sunday off is pros other than that this company is worse in case of management policy They will hire you and keep you for 3 months with lot of pressure in job which you will work for 15 to 16 hrs a day even till 3 am from 10 am and they expect you to login and come to office by 10 am next day if not they will warn you All of sudden after getting heavy works from experience candidates after 3 months they will conduct a meeting and explain you ad you didn’t worked well as expected even you worked for them flexibly finally they will fire you after 3 months Candidates will get irritated since they put on their hard work and receive response as you haven’t worked even they say you are not a developer

      We as an organisation believe that a 3 month probation period is an excellent process to measure the skill level and maturity of a new hire. After seeing this review, we are doubly convinced that a 3 month probation period is vital. This will help you verify all that a prospective hire claims to be an expert in his/ her resume. We strongly recommend having a probation period to other employers also to quickly identify and remove unqualified resources. Although we know who this individual is, we do not want to name him and shame him.

      Nothing other than weekend offs .That too they will force you to work by planning on friday logout time

      Cons

      No job security, Pressure,No proper work timing candidate should login before 10 am after working 17 to 18 hrs the previous day.If failed they will warn you and deduct salary. Have to work till 4AM from 10AM
