Pros
A lot of the staff are lovely and generally patients are very nice to deal with and appreciative of the work we do and service we provide.
Cons
Management are atrocious, particularly if you wish to work in Ophthalmology (eyes) there is little to no direction or assistance from management. I know staff members who have been promised training courses, promotions and was a lie in most cases so these members have since left the department. The management team least a few of the key members are bullies they will verbally abuse you, prevent you from learning / self improvement plans. I know at least 6 staff who have never had a P2P and have been left in tears from managers shouting, threatening them.
