Cons

Very little support and Visibility of HR Exec hire their friends and between them cannot decide what they want People hire without jobs being advertised - it’s very much hiring your friends culture not based on skill set and experience No one is ever held accountable If you’re friends with someone senior your career at the the company is likely to glow No ethnic minority representation in exec and when there was he was removed because others felt he was making “too many changes”

Cons

HR are awful, no care, don't even bother to reply to emails. Busy setting up flimsy initiatives that sound good but can't actually help with internal issues regarding performance and pay. At the very least they should respond to colleagues who reach out for help. If these are people experts then god help us. Management hire and promote their friends, one rule for some people and another for others when it comes to reviews too. Terrible re-structures announced a year in advance and yet still not thought through properly to make them work.

Remote working environment with a relatively light workload, partly due to slow response times across teams.

Cons

Management has been ineffective, with limited support from both line management and the team. This is the first time I have worked in a large organisation where I have experienced such poor management.
