      Great place to grow as a designer. Got to work on diverse creatives for multiple brands and platforms. The team is collaborative, feedback is constructive, and deadlines are realistic. Learned a lot about design for digital marketing and performance-driven visuals.

      Pros

      I've been with NIHT for 3 years as a Senior Graphics and UI/UX Designer, and it's been a truly rewarding experience. The team is supportive, ideas are welcomed, and there’s space to grow creatively and professionally. After 12 years in the industry, I really value the trust and freedom I get here. The work culture is respectful, balanced, and full of learning. A great place for anyone who wants to grow and feel genuinely valued.

      Pros

      They support you to explore new areas and implement your ideas. Positive side is that when you go to the management they openly discuss and support you in implementing your suggestion. Would love to work with them for next couple of years.

      Cons

      The performance pressure is always there but you are rewarded for the same.
